Shipping & Returns
We are able to ship within Canada only. No international or USA shipping is available for any of our products.
Shipping is provided within Metro Vancouver by the store at a cost of $5.00 CAD per delivery. Shipping outside of Metro Vancouver to the rest of Canada is $10.00 CAD flat fee.
Free shipping is available on orders $95.00 and over.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS OF GOODS PURCHASED ON-LINE
Returns will be accepted only if the product is unopened, in its original packaging and original condition. All returns must be requested within 10 days of the delivery confirmation date. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened packages.
Kerrisdale Pharmacy must be notified of any return prior to shipping so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. Please call us at 604-261-0333 to schedule your return.
A refund of the purchase price, less shipping charges, will be made upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees; these charges will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
The shipping charge for returning an order is the responsibility of the customer. If we made a mistake in regards to your order, then of course, we will take care of the shipping costs for you.

Items purchased on-line may be returned in-store only if the return is accompanied by the receipt at the time of the return.
We cannot be responsible for items once they have left the store and do not accept exchanges or refunds on items damaged by the shipping company, through breakage, usage, wear and tear or improper care. For items damaged by a third party shipper, you must file a claim with the carrier.
DAMAGE IN SHIPPING
All merchandise sold hereunder will be shipped at the Buyer’s risk, and risk shall pass to the Buyer upon our delivery of merchandise to a carrier. Therefore, all claims involving loss or damage to merchandise should be solely against the carrier. Claims for damaged goods should be made directly to the carrier.
For problems with Canada Post shipped packages, contact a Canada Post representative at 1-888-550-6333.
Remember to retain all packing materials, including the box the goods arrived in, as the shipper may need to inspect the damage.
